The Pond
Living on lake Medina for the last 18 years, we have seen its many ups and downs…..Literally. With a major drought here over the last year we have not even been able to launch our boat, and getting the jet skiis in the water has been no picnic either.
Over the last week we have seen about 10 inches of rain as well as the surrounding areas that help feed the lake. The lake is slowly but surely filling up again and we will make quick use of the boat ramps in the coming days. One toy I really want to buy is the “blob”. You may have seen one of these bad boys on TV or movies about summer camps. This is a hug pillow looking device that you blow up about 3/4’s of the way. You have one of your friends lay on it, while you jump on the other end, shooting them into the air, and into the water.
Well thats my goal for next summer. I got a job now that I have graduated highschool and should have the grand I need to buy the blob in the next few months. Ill let you know how we like it!
